RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC is selling Hot AC KSYY/INGRAM-KERRVILLE, TX to RADIO RANCH, LTD. for a total of $375,000 pursuant to a 2007 option agreement.  The buyer has been operating the station under an LMA.

In FM translator deals filed with the FCC, CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. is selling K280EF/AUSTIN, MN to MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO for $8,000; CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC. is selling W270BY/WATKINS GLEN, NY to FINGERLAKES RADIO GROUP, INC. for $18,000; and RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY is selling W246BR/COCHRAN, GA to GEORGIA EAGLE BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.
