The FCC has fined ANTHONY F. DAVIS $10,000 for operating an unlicensed radio transmitter on 87.9 FM in WINTER HAVEN. FL.
DAVIS did not respond to the FCC's Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in the case.
