The weekly DIAMOND CITY alternative newspaper in SCRANTON-WILKES BARRE issued its annual "Best Of" list for 2009, and ENTERCOM Top 40 WKRZ's MANIC MARC is a repeat winner for Best Radio Personality/Show.
SCRANTON TIMES Rock WEZX-WPZX-WBZX (ROCK 107) won for Best Commercial Radio Station, while Best Non-Commercial Radio Station went to NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION ASSOCIATION noncommercial WVIA-F.
