ALL CLASSICAL PUBLIC MEDIA, INC. is assigning Classical KQHR/THE DALLES, OR to OREGON PUBLIC BROADCASTING in exchange for OPB cancelling its construction permit for its own HOOD RIVER FM; in turn, ALL CLASSICAL will move CLassical KQDL/HOOD RIVER, OR to OPB's WHITE SALMON, WA transmitter site and will give OPB its present antenna.

In other deals filed with the FCC, MINISTRY TO CATHOLIC CHARISMATIC RENEWAL is selling the construction permit for new noncommercial FM WNOC/BOWLING GREEN, OH to OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE RADIO, INC., dba ANNUNCIATION RADIO for $30,000.

GRACE BROADCASTING SERVICES, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WTKB (THE DOVE)/ATWOOD-JACKSON, TN to SOLID ROCK BROADCASTING, LLC for $550,000. including an existing time brokerage agreement before closing. 

GOOD SHEPHERD RADIO, INC. is donating FM translator W274AD/CORYDON, IN to KEITH REISING, who intends to convert the translator to commercial operation.

RICK SNAVELY's FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling FM translator W220DE/GREECE, NY and the construction permit for translator W221CL/ROCHESTER, NY to ROBERT SAVAGE's RADIO LIVINGSTON, LTD. for $75,000.

And WILLIAM CRAITON HAMLIN, JR. is selling FM translator W284CA/FORT PAYNE, AL to SAND MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING SERVICE, INC. for $1,000.
