TRIBUNE CO. has upped EVP JERRY KERSTING to COO of the company's broadcasting division, working with division President ED WILSON to oversee 23 TV stations, the WGN AMERICA cable TV network, and Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO.
KERSTING, who joined the company in 2008, is the former CFO for CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO.
