Former CITADEL VP/Programming TOM CUDDY wrote ALL ACCESS regarding some inaccuracies he felt were being reported elsewhere, in regards to MITCH DOLAN and the CITADEL bankruptcy.
"With the stories posted recently about CITADEL's bankruptcy, there's been reference to the money the company owes former Station Group President MITCH DOLAN," wrote CUDDY. "One of the trades (not yours!), has inaccurately reported that MITCH 'was dismissed last FEBRUARY in a cost cutting move.' This is not correct as the attachments I've enclosed indicate. The attachments (which are publicly available on line) contain the official ruling of the AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION in the judgement Mr. DOLAN won against CITADEL. Knowing how you've always strived to make sure your readers get fair and accurate information, I wanted to share this with you."
