FCC Turns Down Calvary's Move Of WJCL

The FCC has denied a Petition for Reconsideration filed on JUNE 19th, 2009, by CALVARY CHAPEL that dismissed its request to change the community of license from WCJL/MORGANTOWN, IN to PARAGON, IN. The COMMISSION believed that the request would deprive Morgantown of its only radio service -- and since it has a larger population that PARAGON (964, compared to 663), less people would be served if the request for the city of license change was granted.
