WALLERSUTTON 2000's J SPORTS LICENSEE LLC is selling Spanish WLLH-A/LOWELL-BOSTON and WAMG-A/DEDHAM-BOSTON to GOIS BROADCASTING BOSTON LLC, which is operating the stations under an LMA. GOIS is paying $500,000 for WLLH and $1.3 million for WAMG, plus assumption of debt.
In other deals filed with the FCC, MULTICULTURAL RADIO BROADCASTING LICENSEE, LLC is swapping the facility of Spanish Religious KWRU-A/FRESNO to JOHN and KATRINA OSTLUND for the OSTLUND's KYNO-A/FRESNO facility plus $2 million. The swap will put KYNO's Talk format on KWRU's 940 AM signal.
THE SISTER SHERRY LYNN FOUNDATION is donating the construction permit for noncommercial KFXH/MARLOW, OK to HAMMOCK EDUCATIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNITY SERVICES for no consideration.
And EDGAR EATON is selling FM translator K232AN/EPHRATA, WA to SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING LLC. for $3,500.
