  Facing lender GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORP.'s lawsuit over a loan default, BLACK CROW MEDIA filed TUESDAY for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
  GE CAPITAL's suit last week alleged a default by the owner of 26 stations in FLORIDA, TENNESSEE and ALABAMA on a $39 million loan and asked the court to appoint a receiver, but the BLACK CROW filing puts the brakes on GE's action for now.
