Taps Phil May As VP/GM

WARNER/CHAPPELL MUSIC/NASHVILLE has tapped PHIL MAY for the newly-created position of VP/GM, effective immediately. MAY will report to WARNER/CHAPPELL MUSIC President, Chairman & CEO SCOTT FRANCIS. He will oversee business and administrative activities for WARNER/CHAPPELL's NASHVILLE office and will work closely with SVP of A&R TRACY GERSHON.

Prior to joining WARNER/CHAPPELL, MAY was one of the founding partners of R2M MUSIC LLC and served as a consultant to a number of independent music companies and investment groups. He also spent 11 years at SONY/ATV MUSIC PUBLISHING as VP of Global Administration.
