The FEBRUARY edition of HARRIS NESBITT's RADIO AIRTIME MONITOR compiled by analyst LEE WESTERFIELD showed commercial time down 8.8% year-to-year, with the WINTER OLYMPICS causing changes in demand this year. EMMIS cut spot loads the most, down 11%, with RADIO ONE down 10.4% and CLEAR CHANNEL down 8.8%. WESTERFIELD says that the dollar yield per minute rose about 4-6%.
