  Condolences to family and friends of longtime PHILADELPHIA radio newsman KEN MATZ, who died SATURDAY (1/23) after a battle with cancer.
  MATZ, who started his career at WRAW-A/READING and WFEC-A/HARRISBURG, anchored at News KYW-A/PHILADELPHIA for several years, and previously anchored news at the old Top 40 WIBG-A in 1969-76. He also anchored news at WCAU-TV (under both CBS and, later, NBC ownership) in 1995-98 and at WCIX-TV/MIAMI and WMAR-TV/BALTIMORE.
