Five STOP 26 RIVERBEND stations in OHIO are sold in bankruptcy auction to debtor D.B. ZWIRN SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND's BERNARD RADIO for $12 million.
The stations, to be operated by BERNARD RADIO under an LMA before closing, include Gospel simulcast WGFT-A-WASN-A (THE GIFT) and Urban AC WRBP (102 JAMZ)/YOUNGSTOWN and Gospel WVKO-A (INSPIRATION 1580) and Regional Mexican WVKO (VIVA 103)/COLUMBUS. ZWIRN was one of the 15 creditors of PERCY SQUIRE's broadcasting company.
