  FALL OUT BOYS and HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS are touring and CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WKKF (102.3 KISS-FM)/ALBANY PD ROB DAWES reports the station's "Lick It For Tickets" promotion is on for hot seats to this show.
  Qualifying callers to night stud MICK are whittled down to a pair of "golden tongued lolly lickers". Two flat lollipops are tapped to mics and the oral gymnasts have to keep their mouths or tongues on those suckers until the entire thing is licked away, in order to win. Talk about suckin' up!
