ASHEVILLE TOURISTS Dir./Broadcasting JAY BURNHAM and GATEWAY GRIZZLIES broadcaster JUSTIN SHACKIL have joined minor league baseball's TRENTON THUNDER as the team's new broadcast crew.
BURNHAM, who will serve as Dir./Broadcasting for the THUNDER, and SHACKIL, named Broadcast and Media Relations Asst., will be calling the action on RIDER UNIVERSITY noncommercial WRRC (107.7 THE BRONC)/LAWRENCEVILLE-TRENTON in the second season of a three-year deal, with brokered WIFI-A/FLORENCE, NJ carrying some games as well. BURNHAM and SHACKIL are replacing STEVE RUDENSTEIN, now RIDER's Associate Dir./Major Gifts, and JARED SMITH.
"Both JAY and JUSTIN bring great personalities and years of valuable experience to the TRENTON radio booth," said THUNDER GM WILL SMITH. "We're sure all the fans listening online and over the air will continue to enjoy a Major League quality broadcast every night this season."
