The FCC has granted the transfer of the late DAVID KURTZ' 50.01% interest in AC WBEB (B-101)/PHILADELPHIA by co-executors PAUL ASTOR and ESTHER KURTZ to partner JERRY LEE for a price FCC documents show as $63 million. LEE joined WBEB shortly after it was founded as WDVR in 1963.
