Beacon Stations For Sale After Owner's Passing

The five stations owned by BEACON BROADCASTING are being sold in the wake of the JANUARY 25th death of owner HAROLD GLUNT. 

The stations include Contemporary Christian-Rock-Talk WEXC (INDIE 107.1)/GREENVILLE, PA, Sports WANR-A (FOX SPORTS 1570)/WARREN, OH, Contemporary Christian WRTK-A (FREQ 1540)/NILES, OH, and Classic Country simulcast WLOA-A/FARRELL, PA-WGRP-A/GREENVILLE, PA. GLUNT's son, DENNIS GLUNT, the executor of the estate, told staffers that "this move will help to stabilize the employment at the stations ... and best preserve value for the estate."
