  Mexican radio network EXA anchorman RAMIRO TELLEZ CONTRERAS was gunned down at his home in NUEVO LAREDO, MEXICO on FRIDAY morning. TELLEZ, 45, was shot twice in the neck as he returned home from his other job with the state emergency services department at 5:45 am; he is 46th homicide victim in the drug-violence-wracked city this year.
