BARBARA LYNCH is selling the construction permit for a new AM in CASPER, WY to DONALD JACKSON's CASPER MEDIA, LLC for $3,400. The new facility is for 5,000 watts days and 1,500 watts nights on 1600 AM.

In another deal filed with the FCC, GOOD SHEPHERD RADIO, INC. is donating W274AD/CORYDON, IN to KEITH REISING.

And in a filing for silent Special Temporary Authority,  DLC MEDIA has taken FM translator W249BP/PRINCETON, IN off the air in order to move the facility.

In a deal closing announcement, COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Active Rock KKJK (THUNDER 103.1)/RAVENNA, NE to JAY VAVRICEK's LEGACY COMMUNICATIONS under a 2006 option for $1.15 million.

And CHERRY CREEK RADIO has closed on the sale of Talk KBLG-A, Classic Rock KRKX, and Alternative KRZN (THE ZONE 96.3)/BILLINGS, MT to CONNOISSEUR MEDIA for $1.1 million.  KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
