Texas Talker Makes GOP Runoff In Congressional Race

Former CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KKTX-A/CORPUS CHRISTI morning co-host BLAKE FARENTHOLD will be in the runoff election to decide the Republican nominee for Congress to challenge incumbent Rep. SOLOMON ORTIZ (D-TX) in NOVEMBER's election.

FARENTHOLD, who left as JIM LAGO's co-host to make the run, will face off against JAMES DUERR on APRIL 13th; DUERR and FARENTHOLD were the top two vote-getters in TUESDAY's Republican primary election.
