EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has extended the deal of Pres./Programming RICK CUMMINGS. In an 8-K filing, the company wrote "On MARCH 2nd, 2010, we entered into a new one-year employment agreement with RICHARD F. CUMMINGS to serve as President of EMMIS RADIO Programming, effective MARCH 1st, 2010. Mr. CUMMINGS' employment agreement will automatically renew each year following the initial one-year term for additional one-year terms." 

“Luckily, they’ve allowed me to stay, as EMMIS is the only place I want to be!" CUMMINGS said to ALL ACCESS.

CUMMINGS' base salary is $446,500 and his annual incentive compensation target is 60% of his base salary.

CUMMINGS was named Pres./Programming in JANUARY 2009. He has been with EMMIS since 1981, first as PD of WENS/INDIANAPOLIS, then as National PD.
