Well we can't say yet, but it took a great deal to pry MATT HARGIS away from ALL ACCESS/NASHVILLE. He'll be in the house with ALL ACCESS until MARCH 31st, and then we can let you know where he's headed.
ALL ACCESS/NASHVILLE Editor JIM ASKER said, "MATT has been a stellar part of our team for the last 5 years. We brought him aboard shortly after we hired KELLY DANIEL and the three of us have been a quirky but tight unit for the entire time together here. MATT has had a tremendous role in the steady growth of the ALL ACCESS Country department, from where we were in the beginning -- almost non-existent in people's awareness -- to where we have come to today -- the top of mind and the first destination for people in our format.
MATT not only did a great job for us in the office and in the trenches, but was always a tremendous asset out in the community as well. While we're very happy about his new position at, well we can't say yet, we're also sad that he'll be leaving our team -- we wish him the best. I am confident that he will do a fantastic job for the as-yet-unnamed record exec and his company who lured him away."
ALL ACCESS Pres./Publisher JOEL DENVER added, "MATT's work ethic and team spirit are awesome. He's not only a great employee, but a good friend, and will miss him very much. Plus, he knows where the best sushi is in NASHVEGAS, too."
This leaves a big opening at the ALL ACCESS/NASHVILLE office, ASAP. If you have great relations in the radio and record industries, are based in NASHVILLE, please, reach out to JIM ASKER at jasker@allaccess.com with your letter, and resume including references, please.
