  FRANK HERZOG's retirement from BONNEVILLE News WTOP/WASHINGTON was commemmorated by the station with a special MONDAY, and the occasion brought the veteran sports anchor and former REDSKINS play-by-play voice back together with his old 'SKINS radio crew, SONNY JURGENSEN and SAM HUFF.
  HERZOG left REDSKINS broadcasts in 2004 after 25 years, the last 23 with JURGENSEN and HUFF, who called in for an hour of reminiscing.
