CUMULUS Country WXXQ/ROCKFORD PD STEVE SUMMERS tells ALL ACCESS the station is searching for a full time morning show co-host and Music Director.

Said SUMMERS, "The applicant must have a good attitude and be a team player. In addition, the applicant must be heavy in listener involvement, appearances, able to perform remotes, and be able to be compelling with the knowledge that show prep occurs 24/7 just as in life. The right applicant should also be able to communicate everyday experiences and concerns with a warm and friendly voice. Great production skills are necessary as well as working knowledge of Internet and ADOBE/COOL EDIT PRO Programs. As Music Director, the correct candidate will be responsible for daily music scheduling, music system management, and have communication with record labels, combined with morning show duties."
