The airplane crash that killed four and seriously injured BLINK 182 drummer TRAVIS BARKER and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM is being looked into again by Federal safety officials, who will try to determine the cause of that Learjet crash, reports THE ATLANTA JOURNAL CONSTITUTION.
Among the safety issues likely to be raised by the National Transportation Safety Board TODAY (4/6) "are whether the plane's tires were properly inflated and why thrust reversers that can help stop planes traveling at high speeds were not engaged. The plane's manufacturer has also questioned decisions made by the pilots."
The crash happened 18 months ago when the jet was taking off in SOUTH CAROLINA.
DJ AM died of a drug overdose a year after the accident.
