WAWZ To Raise Sponsorships With Compassion International

Raising Money For Haiti

PILLAR OF FIRE Christian AC WAWZ (STAR 99.1)/NEW YORK CITY is raising money with COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL for children in HAITI facing the upcoming rainy season in the country. On APRIL 7th, WAWZ will seek to have 400 children sponsored through COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL. The sponsorships will help provide the children with medical care, food, education and clean drinking water.

“The temporary tent homes that most Haitian children are living in will do little to protect them from malaria, dengue fever, diarrhea and other fatal diseases that come out of all that water. We have to step up now to save these kids!" said PD/Mornings JOHNNY STONE.
