New 323 Form

The FCC's Media Bureau is releasing the newly revised Ownership Report for Commercial Broadcast Stations, FCC Form 323, on the Commission’s electronic filing system TODAY (4/9). The new form's release sets the new deadline for filing biennial ownership reports for commercial broadcast stations as JULY 8th, reflecting ownership interests existing as of NOVEMBER 1st, 2009. 

The original filing fate was delayed to allow the Bureau to make changes that allow machine-readable data entry rather than requiring manual data entry.
