SAIDNEWSFOUNDATION is selling the construction permit for noncommercial WZMI/REED CITY, MI to WEST CENTRAL MICHIGAN MEDIA MINISTRIES for $7,000.

In other transfers filed with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling FM translator K267AI/MOODY, TX to GARY L. MOSS for $50,400, payable as a credit of $600 per month against the buyer's lease.

And GRANBURY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (CSSI NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING CORP.) is selling K300BD/STEPHENVILLE, TX to ROBERT SPEARMAN for no cash consideration. A previous transfer to TONY HEADY was never consummated.

And in a Silent STA filing, M&M BROADCASTING LLC has informed the FCC that it has taken KADD/LOGANDALE, NV silent and says it wants "six months to allow its finances of it members (sic) to improve in non broadcast related ventures."
