SIMMONS MEDIA is selling Sports KQPN-A (730 FOX SPORTS)/MEMPHIS to CHRISTOPHER WESTENBERGER's KQPN INC. for $400,000 cash.
LARRY PATRICK and GREG GUY of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS are serving as brokers for SIMMONS and JOHN PIERCE AND CO.'s JOHN PIERCE is the broker for the buyer in the deal.
