GLEN BARNETT, INC. is selling Adult Standards KWXY-A/CATHEDRAL CITY-PALM SPRINGS, CA to ROZENE R. SUPPLE's R & R RADIO CORPORATION for $2.3 million ($1 million for the tower, $750,000. for the license, $50,000. for the equipment, and $500,000. for the real estate). 

BARNETT is holding onto the FM side of the KWXY simulcast, KWXY-F, in the market.
