EDWIN KEITH JOHNSON has sold Sports WADA-A/SHELBY, NC to D. MARK BOYD, III/KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN OF LINCOLNTON, INC.'s HRN BROADCASTING, INC. for $350,000. BOYD is operating WADA under a Time Brokerage Agreement before closing and flipped the station to Sports (as "FOX SPORTS RADIO 1390" from Classic Country on FEBRUARY 6.
