WIL's Team Breadhead Gets Ready To Race For A Cure

Join Cornbread To Race For Breast Cancer

BONNEVILLE Country WIL/St. LOUIS has announced that “Team Breadhead,” led by morning personality CORNBREAD, is back to raise awareness for breast cancer, as they will participate in the 2010 SUSAN G. KOMEN St. LOUIS RACE FOR THE CURE. 

The race will be held JUNE 12th in Downtown St. LOUIS. The 2009 event drew more than 66,000 participants and raised over $3.25 million for breast cancer research. This year’s event is expected to draw even more participants and aims to raise more than $3.5 million.

To become a part of “Team Breadhead,” listeners can go to www.wil92.com and click on the “Team Breadhead” link, or stop by several locations listed on their website. All registration forms must be postmarked by MAY 17th or dropped off at one of WIL’s in-person signup events on MAY 15th, 17th and 18th. The deadline for online registration is noon (ET) on MAY 22nd.
