Salem Launches Talk Format At WWRC-A/Washington

D.C. Gets A Salem Talker

SALEM has flipped the switch on the new Talk format for WWRC-A/WASHINGTON, which it is acquiring from RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING.  The format changed from Business Talk at midnight on SATURDAY morning.   The lineup for the new "1260 WRC" includes SALEM's BILL BENNETT, MIKE GALLAGHER, DENNIS PRAGER, MICHAEL MEDVED and HUGH HEWITT.

SALEM RADIO NETWORK VP/News and Talk Programming TOM TRADUP told ALL ACCESS, "Obviously, we are thrilled to extend SRN's 'footprint' in our nation's capital ... and look forward the shaking up the D.C. radio market in the exciting days ahead."
