DMS BROADCASTING/GRAND CAYMAN welcomes veteran programmer RON BOWEN as its new OM. The cluster includes AC 106.1 KISS-FM, Top 40 X1071, Caribbean HOT 104.1, and Rock/Talk 96.5 CAYROCK.
