WIKY's Linda Goebel Passes

SOUTH CENTRAL MEDIA’s WIKY/EVANSVILLE, IN receptionist/front desk general LINDA GOEBEL she passed away last week from cancer. At the station for over 30 years, everyone at WIKY and sister stations WSTO, WLFW, WABX will miss her greatly, as well as many listeners. 

In fact, a longtime contest prize winner, KIM PAYTON -- who had no connection with LINDA other than coming in all the time to pick up her prizes -- showed up at the funeral home to pay her respects.
