WIL's Team Breadhead Shatters Record For Most Participants

BONNEVILLE Country WIL/ST. LOUIS has set a record for the most participants that have signed up to run with TEAM BREADHEAD, spearheaded by WIL morning star CORNBREAD, at the 2010 ST. LOUIS KOMEN RACE FOR THE CURE on SATURDAY (6/12). There are more than 6,600 runners that will be wearing the distinctive blue TEAM BREADHEAD T-shirts.

This is over 600 more than last year’s total, which set a world record and raised over $200,000 for the ST. LOUIS affiliate of the SUSAN G. KOMEN FOR THE CURE for breast cancer. This year’s race is expected to raise more than $3.5 million overall for the cause.
