Ontario Community Station Gets CRTC OK For Power Boost, Frequency Change

ERIN COMMUNITY RADIO has been granted a frequency change and power boost by the CRTC for its English-language Type B community FM CHES/ERIN, ON.
The station will move from 101.5 FM to 88.1 FM, increase from 50 to 250 watts, and use a directional pattern.
In addition, INTERNATIONAL HARVESTERS FOR CHRIST EVANGELSTIC ASSOCIATION INC. has applied to change the frequency of CIOG-FM-1/SUMMERSIDE, PEI from 91.1 FM to 92.5 FM; the transmitter rebroadcasts Religion CIOG/CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI; and INSTANT INFORMATION SERVICES INC. has proposed a new transmitter site for its silent CIRC/FREDERICTON, NB.
