EQUITY MUSIC GROUP VP/Promo DAVID HALEY announces that KEN RUSH has been hired to handle southwest promo duties for the label. RUSH worked the same region for ARISTA from 1993 until earlier this year. Current southwest regional BRAD HELTON segues to the northeast where he replaces CLIFF BLAKE who left the label early in the year to work at 903 MUSIC.
