ARTISTIC MEDIA Top 40 WNDV (U93)/SOUTH BEND has inked former AC WGKS/LEXINGTON PD KAREN RITE as its new PD.  RITE is also formerly PD at WHHY/MONTGOMERY, and APD/MD at KZZP/PHOENIX. Reach her at Queeti@aol.com. KAREN replaces TOMMY FRANK, who recently joined NEXTMEDIA/SAGINAW.

In other WNDV news, interim PD/MD/afternooner SCOTTY WYLDE segues to mornings, effective today. WYLDE, who had been serving as Interim PD since DECEMBER, also adds APD duties. Joining the station as morning show co-host is STEPHANIE PATTERSON, from sister Top 40 WAZY (Z96-5)/LAFAYETTE, IN.
