MCGRAW MILHAVEN is back at CH HOLDINGS Talk KTRS-A/ST. LOUIS, returning to take over the 9a-Noon slot on the station left vacant when DAVE LENIHAN was fired last week for the now-infamous slip of the tongue regarding CONDOLEEZZA RICE.
The ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH's DEB PETERSON reports that MILHAVEN has signed a long-term deal and is starting TODAY (3/27). MILHAVEN left the station late last year when it retooled with a new lineup as the new ownership, including the CARDINALS, took over.
Meanwhile, RICE says she's forgiven LENIHAN for his comment, which substituted a racial slur ("coon") for the word "coup" in describing her qualifications for NFL Commissioner. The Secretary of State told FOX NEWS SUNDAY that her "understanding is that he apologized, said he didn't mean it- I accept that, because we all say things from time to time that we shouldn't say or didn't mean to say. And so I accept it."
