WMXO Names Eric Medler PD; Cindy Scott Returns For Afternoons

PEMBROOK PINES MEDIA GROUP Hot AC WMXO (MIX 101.5)/OLEAN, NY PD TOM POWER resigns to pursue new opportunities outside of the radio industry.

POWER is replaced by radio veteran ERIC MEDLER for PD/morning duties. MEDLER spent most of his career doing radio in WYOMING and MONTANA. For the past 10 years, he has been busy doing voice-over work and audio-book narrations with his own company EJMEDLERSTUDIOS.COM. Look for ERIC's most recent work on the documentary "The History of European Art" by JOHN EVERSON and his upcoming work "The 13th" to be released by the same author this Fall.  ERIC is best known for his work on "THE SHAKE WEIGHT FOR MEN" commercial and also does the voice for the hunting show "THE RULE."

In other station news, newly married afternoon talent HOLLY "ALLIE" REED also exits to focus on her new family. She is replaced by CINDY SCOTT who returns to MIX 101.5 for afternoons and production duties after doing a stint at crosstown WXMT (106.3 THE MOUNTAIN).
