NEW WORLD BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Ethnic WURN-A (RADIO MEGA)/KENDALL-MIAMI, FL to ACTUALIDAD LICENSEE 1020AM, LLC for $7 million  The buyer, through parent company UNION RADIO NETWORK OF FLORIDA, LLC, has brokered the station since OCTOBER 2008.

In other deals filed with the FCC, HISPANIC BROADCAST SYSTEM PUERTO RICO, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in CHRISTIANSTED, ST. CROIX, VI to CRUCIAN EDUCATIONAL NONPROFIT GROUP INC. for $65,000.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K297AV/CASPER, WY to CANNED HAM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $35,000.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. is swapping FM translator K221EE/WEST SONORA, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for K208DR/ROSWELL, NM.

And 3 POINT MEDIA - COALVILLE, LLC is selling Classic Rock KCUA/NAPLES, UT to EVANS BROADCASTING, INC. for $1.

In technical filings, WALLOWA VALLEY RADIO has applied to move KWVR-A/ENTERPRISE, OR to a new site after losing its current location, which the licensee says is too small for a standard 90 degree ground system and which the owner intends to subdivide and sell.

ANCHOR BAPTIST BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION has applied to boost the daytime power of it WGCR-A/PISGAH FOREST, NC from 25,000 to 50,000 watts.  Critical hours power would remain at 15,000 watts.

PASADENA AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT has taken the booster for NPR affiliate KPCC/PASADENA-LOS ANGELES in SANTA CLARITA off the air due to interference with the primary signal.  The station has applied for changes to the booster to allow it to return to the air.

YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. is asking the FCC for an extension of its silent STA for KYCI/FIREBAUGH, CA, which has been off the air since SEPTEMBER; the station is replacing its antenna system.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has taken K204DV/NAMPA, ID off the air due to interference when a new station, KOAY/MIDDLETON, ID, began testing.  An application to modify K204DV has been filed.
