Fred Ware Passes

All of us at All ACCESS are saddened to hear of the passing of veteran industry promotion executive FRED WARE, who died SUNDAY 10/25 in MOBILE, ALABAMA of complications arising from liver cancer. WARE was one of the first African-American promotion executives for COLUMBIA RECORDS in the southeastern United States. He also worked as a successful independent for various labels. We send our condolences to his wife, IRENE JOHNSON WARE, his stepsons, ATLANTIC EVP RONNIE JOHNSON and DARRYL JOHNSON and to the rest of his family and friends
