CLEAR CHANNEL Rocker WEBN/CINCINATTI OM/PD SCOT REINHART announces that FRITZ will replace recently exited RICK "THE DUDE" VASKE as MD/on-air talent on FRIDAY, MARCH 31. FRITZ most recently had similar duties at ENTERCOM Active Rock KQRC/KANSAS CITY.
