CLEAR CHANNEL has filed the paperwork for the previously-announced donation of silent KYHN-A/FORT SMITH, AR, Sports WYNF-A (ESPN RADIO 1380)/NORTH AUGUSTA, SC, silent KMFX-A/ROCHESTER, MN, and silent WHJA-A/LAUREL, MS to THE MINORITY MEDIA AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL (as MMTC BROADCASTING LLC).
In other FCC filings, ALEX LANGER's WBIX CORP. is selling Business Talk WBIX-A/NATICK-BOSTON, MA to HOLY FAMILY COMMUNICATIONS for $1 million.
ARMADA MEDIA has applied to reorganize its ownership structure as part of a recapitalization of the company. KING CAPITAL LP, the only new shareholder, is acquiring a 34.56% voting interest and 40.07% equity interest in the company, and all other shareholders remain the same except for BCA's JOHN LYNCH, who is relinquishing his 0.42% interest.
