COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS, INC. has launched its newly designed official website at www.CRB.org, built by BROADJAM.
New features on CRB.org include a “Career Market,” where job seekers can post their resumes and employers and universities can upload job and internship openings. A “Tips and Tricks” section highlights useful industry tools on topics such as developing creative promotional ideas and how to generate greater ad revenue for radio stations. The “Industry Spotlight” features topical Country radio industry articles and CRB.org’s front-page multi-media section houses educational video clips and other media files.
The features include an expanded news section and photo gallery, a history of scholarships and endowments, a comprehensive breakdown of all CRB awards and past recipients, information on the COUNTRY MUSIC DJ AND RADIO HALL OF FAME inductees, a list of the current CRB board members and agenda committee, and archived reference material on past COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR events and research projects.
Users may sign up for the $399 Early Bird rate for CRS 2011, to be held MARCH 2nd-4th, 2011 in NASHVILLE on the site. Sponsorship, exhibitor and showcase information is also provided.
CRB Exec. Dir. BILL MAYNE said: “The new CRB.org is a major step in COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS’ mission to provide a platform for the many exciting digital initiatives that we plan to roll out in the coming months prior to COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR 2011. It was essential and long overdue for us to more fully embrace the digital age, and CRB.org is an important step in improving our online presence for the Country radio industry.”
Additionally BILL MAYNE tells ALL ACCESS that they have just added a blog to the late BOARD member MICHAEL OSTERHOUT who recently passed away--look for it under "MICHAEL's MEMORIUM."
