Corus Realigns Radio Management

CORUS ENTERTAINMENT's radio management has been realigned under EVP/Interim President of Radio HAL BLACKADAR.
The moves include having VP/Controller CHERYL BECHTEL, VP/Brands and Programming DAVE FAROUGH, and Nat'l Dir./Engineering JACK HOEPPNER reporting to BLACKADAR and VP/GM, Interactive and Emerging Platforms DAVID HUSZAR reporting to FAROUGH.
In the Western Radio division, GARTH BUCHKO will serve as GM of the WINNIPEG cluster, DOUG RUTHERFORD as VP/GM of the CALGARY and EDMONTON clusters, and GARRY MCKENZIE as GM of the VANCOUVER cluster. WESTERN CANADA Dir. of Sales NEIL CUNNINGHAM will report to RUTHERFORD.
In the ONTARIO division, CHRIS PANDOFF will be VP/GM of the TORONTO and HAMILTON clusters, with CHRIS SISAM as VP/GM of the SOUTH WESTERN ONTARIO clusters (GUELPH, KITCHENER, WOODSTOCK, LONDON). VICTOR GIACOMELLI will serve as Dir./Sales, reporting to PANDOFF, with LARS WUNSCHE as GSM at the TORONTO cluster, reporting to GIACOMELLI.
EASTERN ONTARIO VP/GM and CHEX-TV/PETERBOROUGH-OSHAWA and CKWS-TV/KINGSTON VP/GM SUZANNE CARPENTER will oversee the PETERSBOROUGH, KINGSTON, BARRIE, COLLINGWOOD, and CORNWALL radio markets along with the TV stations. MICHAEL HARRIS will serve as the TV stations' GM, and JJ JOHNSTON will serve as GM for the CORNWAl, KINGSTON, and PETERBOROUGH radio stations, both reporting to CARPENTER.
MARIO CECCHINI will continue as Regional VP at CORUS QUEBEC.
