Dave Krieger To Fill In For Dave Logan At KOA

DENVER POST sports columnist DAVE KRIEGER will serve as this year's fill-in host for DAVE LOGAN on "THE RIDE HOME," the afternoon show at CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KOA-A/DENVER as LOGAN continues his 18-year tradition of coaching high school football.  KRIEGER will host the show each weekday afternoon until LOGAN's practices at MULLEN HIGH SCHOOL are over, at which time LOGAN will take over.

LOGAN said, "I very much appreciate that CLEAR CHANNEL allows me the opportunity to continue with my life-long passion of working with youth in our community."

"I look forward to working with DAVE KRIEGER," LOGAN's co-host LOIS MELKONIAN said of the sportswriter, who joined the POST in 2009 after the folding of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS. "He'll bring a lot of energy, intelligence and enthusiasm to the show."
