As ALL ACCESS tipped last week, EMMIS is selling Adult Standards WRDA (RED 104.1 FM)/ST. LOUIS to RADIO ONE for $20 million. The RED format is moving to the Web fulltime and to sister Talk KFTK on the weekends, and RADIO ONE will take over WRDA's operations under an LMA beginning OCTOBER 1.
