Sirius XM Pres./CCO Sells Shares Worth Over $7 Million

SIRIUS XM RADIO Pres./Chief Content Officer SCOTT ANDREW GREENSTEIN, has exercised options on 6,942,034 shares, for $7,118,893, said an SEC filing. GREENSTEIN originally purchased the shares for $0.43 and the selling price ranged from $1.01 to $1.04 a share. He still owns 1,386,961 shares of the company.

GREENSTEIN's estimated salary for 2009 was $1.85 million.
